These bowls are really great and usually very strong. I had one than my Nan gave me, but it broke while washing it up.. I have been scouring the charity shops for another, without success. I bake every weekend for my family – I’m trying to make us all a bit healthier though, so experimenting with a lot of healthy cakes (vegetable bases, gluten, sugar and dairy alternatives) – my favourite at the moment is my dairy and gluten free lemon drizzle Reply

Just a traditional Victoria Sponge, or for everyone else its Rock Cakes, they go in the cake tin all 24 of them and within a day the tin is empty. I must be doing something right? Reply
