50-clove Garlic, Lemon and Thyme Roast Chicken. The garlic is cooked in its skin and is lovely, sweet and mild so no need to be worried about garlic breath and an overwhelming flavour. Smoked garlic is even more delicious! Reply
A good Sunday Dinner – With roast chicken, roast potatoes, parsnips and veggies, and pigs in blankets. The oven gets well used. Reply
I love making a delicious Sausage & Bean & Potato Cassoulet – it’s perfect for a chilly autumn and winter evening! Reply

Mine has to be a sausage and spinach rigatoni bake. It makes a lot of mess but it’s so delicious! Reply
