  1. I love making cheesy pasta bakes or cottage pies, but my absolute favourite is homemade cheese and onion pasties!

  2. I put breadcrumbs on everything and turn them into bakes! So I would say a pasta bake but know it covers a lot of bases!

  3. I knew lasagne would be a popular choice! It’s definitely my favourite. So comforting. I wanted to opt for something a bit different, like a pilaf, but who doesn’t drool at the thought of lasagne made exactly to your own taste!

  4. 50-clove Garlic, Lemon and Thyme Roast Chicken. The garlic is cooked in its skin and is lovely, sweet and mild so no need to be worried about garlic breath and an overwhelming flavour. Smoked garlic is even more delicious!

  5. A good Sunday Dinner – With roast chicken, roast potatoes, parsnips and veggies, and pigs in blankets. The oven gets well used.

  6. I love making a delicious Sausage & Bean & Potato Cassoulet – it’s perfect for a chilly autumn and winter evening!

  7. My favourite is beef stroganoff, althogh you do start it on the hob. Although traditionally made with brandy our take on it is to make it with dry white wine. A family favourite.
