Freddie and Sasha’s Good Reads – My First London Bus Posted on March 23, 2014November 7, 2024 By Becky Happy Sunday! Welcome to today’s ‘Good Reads’ from Freddie and Sasha. We are currently loving this cheerful book ‘My First London Bus’ by Marion Billet from her ‘Whizzy Wheels’ collection. Purchased by my Mum from a fab little gift store in Spitalfields Market (sorry, but I can’t remember the name!), this is a fabulous hardbook book for pre-schoolers. Living in London ourselves it’s fun to go through the book and recognise some of the famous landmarks featured. Freddie is a big fan of The London Eye! The story is rather adorable and perfect for a quick bedtime read, plus the pictures are bright colourful- just what a toddler wants. The book is quite large to hold and has ‘real’ working wheels, which have been a big hit with both children. A top read to receive as a present! Freddie The First Face Painting… Posted on August 3, 2014May 2, 2025 Last weekend we went to a very ‘low key’ church fete, the sort that reminds me of my own childhood, complete with tombola, hook a duck, a bouncy castle, plus a slightly dubious Punch and Judy (Freddie is now slightly traumatised by the latter!). Alongside these traditional summer-fair staples was… Read More
Freddie Sasha’s 3rd Birthday Posted on May 12, 2015August 13, 2021 On Sunday our close friends and family came together at our house to celebrate our amazing little girl, Sasha’s 3rd Birthday. Sad as it sounds, I’ve been planning it for a little while, and couldn’t wait to fulfill her relatively simple requests of “Frozen decorations and a Frozen cake please,… Read More
