Brilliance in Blogging Awards 2015 (BIBS 2015) Posted on March 18, 2015May 21, 2025 By Becky Hello all, It’s that time of year when bloggers make awkward pleas and irritate the hell out of everyone for a month or so, all for a nomination for a BIB Award (Brilliance in Blogging Awards or BIBS 2015)! If you’re a regular reader of this little blog of mine, could I please be as kind as to beg/borrow/steal a cheeky vote from you? Now there are oodles of amazing blogs out there, so it might be shot in the dark to make the shortlist in a category, but you’ve got to be in it to win it, right? There are 12 categories this year, and it only takes a few minutes to vote and you can vote in just one, or all of the categories. You don’t have to be a blogger to nominate either. Personally I would love to be considered, and think I fit best in, either the ‘Fresh Voice’ or ‘Style’ Categories, referencing my loving of blogging about all things house and home. Maybe you’ve liked the new series on the blog, #myhomestyle , which is becoming more and more popular, and brings the interiors-loving Instagram community together? Or my home renovation posts? Or even more personal ones such as ‘When Breastfeeding Goes Tits Up’, it would be AMAZING to be even shortlisted in such a well-fought out categories with some very worthy bloggers. However, if you think this puddle jumper floats your boat elsewhere, then by all means vote away! You have until Sunday April 12th to cast your vote. So…if you would like to help me on my way, you can click on the link below and fill out the short application form: http://www.britmums.com/bibs-2015-categories/ You will need my blog URL: https://www.spiritedpuddlejumper.com Twitter handle: @spiritedpuddle and then choose a post which you’ve loved the best, and say why you would nominate this blog. If anyone does nominate me, I will buy you a large beverage or three! Thanking you in advance 🙂 I am going to be writing up my nominations this week, and it’s so hard to decide who to put forward as I have so many favourites on my blog roll, and all of them deserve to be shortlisted. Some to bear in mind are the following (I’m yet to decide on all categories, it’s so difficult!) Food – Taming Twins, Le Coin de Mel Inspire – Cool Bananas Blog, Complicated Gorgeousness, Mummy Tries Writer – Mummy Says, Not Another Mummy Blog, Photo – Sorry About The Mess, Mummy Daddy Me, Capture By Lucy Crafts – Along Came Cherry Family – Life at the Little Wood, Mummy Daddy Me, More Than Toast Happy Bibbing!
