Exploring the Best Indoor Family Fun Spots in Pigeon Forge

Exploring the Best Indoor Family Fun Spots in Pigeon Forge

When winter snows, spring rain showers, summer sun beams, and autumn gusts blow on your Smoky Mountain vacation, it’s time to move indoors. Moreover, Pigeon Forge gives you more reasons to do so. There are a lot of indoor fun attractions for families in town.

If the wild weather outside discourages you from going out with your kids, teenagers, spouse, and other members, keep them entertained for hours with indoor activities.

Here is a neat trick or as they say in Tennessee – Pigeon Forge is like having an indoor jungle gym!

There are places where you can climb, pretend to be astronauts or deep-sea divers. It’s a place where boredom never lives and adventure awaits all around.. And guess what? These adventures cater to everyone including 6-year-olds, 16-year-olds, and everything else in between.

So what do you think? Let us put on our explorer hats and find unique indoor treasures for a funpacked day filled with learning experiences.. Get rid of that depressing rainy-day mood already!

Indoor Activities to Explore in Pigeon Forge

Pigeon Forge Snow

Have you ever wished there could be a summer snow or a spring snowman building? Do you wish to be shown a whiteout or a premature early autumn snow? No matter the season, Pigeon Forge Snow is America’s first indoor snow park open for snow tubing and snow play all year long!

TopJump Trampoline Park & Climb Arena

Jump and bounce all around at this trampoline park and add more fun by combining it with climbing, the ninja course, the kid zone, the foam pit, and/or trampoline sports.

You can also play games in the arcade and grab some treats from the awesome candy shop, before you go.

Dinner Shows

Pigeon Forge is famous for its family-friendly dinner shows that are great for all visitors..

While you can catch silver-screen legends and characters like the Wild West at the Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Attraction, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show allows you to sail the seas of the 7 pirate voyages. If you are fond of thrillers, the Great Smoky Mountain Murder Mystery Dinner Show is your place. In addition to these, you can watch your favorite family participate at Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud!

Flyaway Indoor Skydiving

Flyaway Indoor Skydiving is home to America’s 1st vertical wind tunnel. It gives you the experience of skydiving, with no fear of airplanes, in an indoor whirlwind. You can fly here without experience. After training, the instructors accompany you in the wind tunnel during your flight.

Crave Golf Club

While mini-golf is a fan favorite in the Smokies, the last thing anyone wants is to get stuck in a nasty hours-long putt-putt session with the family during a rainy day. Instead, head inside to a 19-hole, handicap-accessible  course based on  a fun candy theme at Crave Golf Club for indoor mini golf. There is even an escape room, mini bowling, and a candy store!

Interactive Museums

For more indoor things to do in Pigeon Forge, drive down the Parkway.  You will find local museums perfect for a day out with the family.

Reach out and touch a real iceberg at Titanic Museum Attraction. You can learn how the justice system works at Alcatraz East Crime Museum and take selfies with your favorite stars at the Hollywood Wax Museum. For some more fun experiences, track down Bigfoot at Beyond the Lens! Family Fun.
