Cooooeeeeee, I’m still here!

Hello all, believe it or not I’m still knocking around, just been pre-occupied with little things, such as our WEDDING last Friday, and our honeymoon this past week 😉 Adam and I had the most fantastic day, one that I’m sure I’ll bore the tits off you with in a post when all of our photos come back. It sounds cheesy, but it did actually end up being one of the best days of our lives. I wasn’t expecting that, as I’m a bit of a control freak by nature, so wasn’t sure if the logistics of our day would go to plan and I’d be worrying about them, and about everyone having a good time, but they did, and I actually really relaxed and let my hair down! We’re so lucky to have so many great people in our lives 🙂

Adam and I have spent most of this past week in Venice, which is now officially my favourite city. I have gained half a stone, what with all the pasta, pizza and copious amounts of red wine consumed, but it has been worth every mouthful. Again, I’m sure another post on Venice will be in the offing!

This is a little post, as I’m still officially on holiday mode because we are off to Butlins Minehead tomorrow for our second Blog Ambassador trip, and I genuinely can’t wait! We had such a good time last October in Bognor (I never thought ‘Bognor’ and ‘Good time’ would be uttered in the same sentence). Whilst we are there, decorators are taking over our house to finish off the new loft conversion and hall/stairs/landing, and I’m looking forward to not living in chaos for too much longer. It’s been nice to have a little break from blogging, and really relax and be off social media more than usual. I will be having a SERIOUS catch up of all my favourite blogs soon. I am out of the loop but it’s definitely good for the soul to be more in ‘real life’ than a virtual one for a bit. Has given me a bit of food for thought.

I’ll be posting more on Twitter, FB and IG this next week sharing what we’re up to at Butlins, but apart from that normal blog service will resume next Monday. See you then!
