WIN! Two rooms worth of Skirting Board from The Skirting Board Shop Posted on January 7, 2018August 13, 2021 By Becky As someone who has now carried out two entire house renovations, you realise just how much devil is in the detail (as they say). Prior to these, I can’t say the little details, the usual everyday bits and pieces that go into making a home, meant that much to me, and were things to take for granted. But if you actually think and take a good look around the place you live, you’ll realise how important these are for overall look and pleasing aesthetic of your home- and skirting boards definitely come into this category! In fact, it’s only since having a couple of small places in our current home that need new skirting boards, that I can see how important they are, as the fact that those areas are in need of them, or that the current ones look tatty and in need of replacing, are weirdly really annoying me #renovationwoes One of these areas is actually our new bathroom skirting and door frame, and I can’t wait to get this sorted! At The Skirting Board Shop, the guys and gals there know exactly what they’re talking about when it comes to all things Skirting Board, and there are SO many options to choose from when it comes to selecting the right look and finish for your gaff. Who knew you could get excited by the prospect of American White Oak Veneer? <raises hand> All of their skirting boards are manufactured using MDF materials, and are available in a variety of profiles and finishes. Whether you prefer a traditional or modern look, style and elegance can be added to any room interior with their range of skirting boards. So…if you’re wanting to update your home or are in the middle of a renovation, I have a great giveaway for you.
