SUP

SUP stands for ‘stand up paddleboarding’, it’s a little bit like surfing, apart from the aim is to propel yourself along the surface of the water using a paddle. Kayaking consists of using a double-bladed paddle to manoeuvre a small boat through the water. You’ll sit with your legs underneath a closed- boat deck, with your upper body free above the water.
