Therefore, another home improvement project to consider completing this year is to boost the kerb appeal. There are many projects you can choose to tackle both big and small. Add value to your property by replacing a cracked driveway or installing new garage doors. Paint your front door a colour that pops and place some plants and small furniture pieces on your front porch. You may also want to update an old mailbox and work on trimming back overgrown trees and bushes.
