Liverpool has been one of my favourite cities to visit, and it’s a place that loves its culture, its past and its vibe. It is a metropolis synonymous with music, rich maritime heritage and football. Given that it’s played host to the Beatles, boasts two of the most illustrious football clubs in Europe and, on the other side of the river, sits one of the most beautiful waterfronts on the planet, it’s little wonder that this jewel in the north becomes a travel destination for people from far and wide looking to explore its rich history, exciting entertainment and adrenaline enhancements.

However, anybody who’s travelled knows that where you stay can be almost as important as what you get up to. A weekend or an extended break can unfurl or unravel based on where you rest your head.
