Wowsers! How quickly does the last 10 months want to go? Fast, that’s what.

In June last year, we ventured over the M25, into Kent, and to Penshurt Place, an 650 year old historic country house and gardens.

The place is just beautiful, and even if you’re not a particular fan of ‘gardens’, you can’t help but appreciate that these are pretty special (and a photographers dream at this time of year!). You can just imagine the wealthy residents of the house in years gone by, strolling around the grounds on a nice day- the place really does have an ‘Olde Worlde’ feel to it.

We bought a picnic and ate near the mahoosive adventure playground, which kept Freddie and Sasha suitably busy for a long time. Freddie was being very sweet with his sister then, as she had just begun to toddle around independently- he was really keen to drag her along hold her hand at every opportunity!

Do you have a #tbt post you’d care to share?!

Gosh that looks like a lovely place to visit with children. We love finding places like that, with space for them to run around and to have a picnic too. Lovely photos x
