How Can You Calm An Overactive Mind?

Practice breathing deeply throughout the day by taking slow, long breaths through your nose. This will help you increase oxygen levels and bring down your stress level. If you have a thought or feeling that is causing tension, breathe it out. You can do this by slowly exhaling through your mouth while picturing the feeling leaving your body with each breath.
