Fabulous Book Storage with the Great Little Trading Co and Win! A Set of 8 Julia Donaldson Books thanks to Macmillan

0081
Now we are moving home within the next two months, my mind is starting to turn towards the new room layouts and space and storage available, particularly within the children’s new bedrooms. In our current house they have been rather spoilt space-wise, and both have large bedroom, especially Sasha who inherited our old bedroom when we moved up into the loft last summer.

Our new house is an almost topsy-turvey layout to the one we live in now- the new downstairs is much bigger (having been extended) but at the moment the upstairs is smaller, and will remain so until we can afford to do a loft conversion in a few years time. As a result, the Freddie will have a room a similar size to the one he’s in at the moment, but Sasha will temporarily be downsizing in quite a big way! Because of this, I’ve been pondering new storage solutions. Aside from getting rid of some stuff (I’m hoping I can deftly store away some outgrown toys that she’s still clinging on to!), I need to find clever ways of displaying her lovely play-things and books.

When it comes to the latter, I’m hoping to be able to try out some fabulous book storage when we move as part of the Great Little Trading Co Testing Team, and so her room doesn’t become a squash and squeeze! And with one of GLTC’s mantras being “We create more space”, I am more than confident that we’ll be able to find some brilliant solutions. Oh, and they’re also currently offering 15% off all their book storage- result!

Here are some of the options that I love…

1. Greenaway Gallery Bookcase – £85
2. Sling Bookcase – Navy Star – £70
3. Potter Library Table – £95
4. Miss Cat Storage Cart – £30.40
5. Townhouse Bookcase – £125

There should be a Squash and Squeeze no more once we’ve chosen the right book storage, and with this in mind, the Great Little Trading Co and Macmillan are offering one lucky blog reader the chance to win 8 fabulous reissued Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler books (including of course, A Squash and a Squeeze!).
