Peking Duck

Who doesn’t love duck pancakes? It’s no surprise that Peking duck is one of the most popular Chinese dishes. Its taste is exquisite. Serve the duck on a big platter and display and an array of dishes alongside it boasting sliced cucumber, sliced spring onion, soy sauce and of course pancakes.

Pad Thai

Pad Thai is one of the most popular Thai dishes, yet it is also one of the easiest to make, which is great news! This is a stir-fried rice noodle dish, which is usually served as street food in Thailand. You can make it with a range of vegetables, as well as bean sprouts, scrambled egg, peanuts, tofu or beef, chicken, shrimp, and of course, rice noodles.

King Pao Chicken

If your partner is a lover of spicy food then this dish is assured to go down a hit. Kung Pao Chicken incorporates vegetables of your choice, usually spring onions, peanuts, hot chilli peppers and of course diced chicken.

Sweet and sour Pork

Egg Fried Rice

You’ll obviously need some rice to go alongside your dishes and egg fried rice is the most obvious and popular choice. It’s up to you if you want to make it a special egg fried rice by incorporating some meat, prawns and vegetables. However, if you are making an array of other dishes then it is probably best to keep it as light as possible.

King Prawn Chow Mein
